  • Fitness Fact of the WeekA study published in Nature Medicine revealed that just three minutes (yes, minutes) of vigorous daily exercise per day reduced participants’ risk of death by 39%. The study went on to show that participants who performed three, one-minute intense stints of activity per day also ended up with a 49% lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease, and 30% lower risk of death from cancer.
